We are fully booked and at this point cannot accept any more registrations. In case you missed the registration and would like to get on the waiting list, contact the LOC at info(at)ttseura.fi.
You need to register to attend the Astronomers' Days 2012. The number of participants is limited by the venue and in the case that the number is exceeded, the registrations will be accepted on a first-come--first-served basis (with a waiting list). To ensure your participation please register as soon as possible. The deadline for registration is Sunday 29th April. The venue requires the full list of participants in advance, so late registrations are extremely difficult to handle.
The registration fee is 120/150 € for members/non-members of the Finnish Astronomical Society. This includes the participation cost, lunches and dinners for all days, and a seaside sauna evening. You may also opt out from the social events if you wish, but this is discouraged because the social events are an important part of this kind of meetings.
Payment: Registration is complete only after the registration fee has been paid. The invoice for the registration fee will be sent to you after the submission of this registration form (in a few days time). The accommodation is paid directly to the hotel at check-in. Special note for students: The Finnish Graduate School in Astronomy and Space Sciences supports the participation of students to Astronomers' Days 2012. If you present a talk or a poster at the meeting, you can get your accommodation and participation costs paid directly by the Graduate school. If you wish to use this option, tick the "Graduate school sponsorship for students" box in the form below. If you have further questions, you can send them to info at ttseura.fi .
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations before the deadline, 29th of April 2012, 50% of the participation fee can be refunded. The pricing policy of the venue doesn't allow us to have refunds after the deadline. Take this into account even (or especially) if you are using the Graduate School's sponsorship (they wouldn't be happy to pay for you for registering and not showing up).
