Registration
You need to register to attend the Astronomers' Days 2020. The number of participants is limited, so please make sure to register as soon as possible. The deadline for registration is 29th February 2020. The participation fee 200€ (member) / 240 € (non-member). The participation fee includes lunches, coffees and conference dinner. The participation fee will be invoiced in advance, but the accommodation (see below) will be paid directly to the hotel at the meeting.
Special note for students: Students will pay a reduced participation fee of 150€. The society still has funding applications pending and the student fee may adjust downwards, if we get the funds.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations before 12.5. will be fully refunded (or the participation fee will not be charged), for the later cancellations no refunds will be possible.
Accommodation: Everybody should book the accommodation by themselves from Hotel Sveitsi. We have a block reservation there and the prices are 89 €/day for a single and 99 €/day for a double in Economy room and 119 €/day for a single and 129 €/day for a double in Standard room. You should give reference "Suomen tähtitieteilijäseura" when booking.
Note: Keep in mind that the conference begins at approximately at 10 am on Monday 1st and ends after lunch on Wednesday 3rd. It might be convenient to book a room from Sunday onwards.
